YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS
At The Kingdom, we are committed to protecting your personal information. As an age-restricted (21+) community, we require specific data to maintain safety, security, and compliance. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
By accessing The Kingdom Minecraft Server or Discord, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect only the data necessary to provide a safe, secure, and age-verified environment.
2.1 Discord Information
- Identity: Username, Discriminator, User ID, and Avatar.
- Interactions: Messages sent within public channels and support tickets (stored for moderation history).
- Voice: We do not record voice channels.
2.2 Minecraft Server Data
- Account Info: In-Game Name (IGN), UUID, and IP Address.
- Gameplay Logs: Chat history, command usage, location data, and inventory contents.
- Interaction Logs: Block placement/breaking history (used for griefing investigations via CoreProtect or similar plugins).
- Connection Logs: Dates, times, and duration of your sessions.
2.3 Age Verification Data
- Date of Birth: Collected during the whitelist application to verify 21+ status.
- Verification Notes: We record that a voice verification tour was completed.
- Sensitive Docs: We do not store copies of government IDs. If an ID is shown for verification, it is viewed live and never recorded.
2.4 Transaction Data
- Payment Info: Transaction IDs, payer email addresses, and donation amounts.
- Security: We do NOT access or store credit card numbers. All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Tebex).
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
3.1 Service Provision
- To whitelist your account on the Minecraft server.
- To manage your roles and permissions in Discord.
- To deliver in-game perks or cosmetic items resulting from donations.
3.2 Security & Safety (Primary Purpose)
- Age Enforcement: To strictly enforce our 21+ policy and prevent access by minors.
- Moderation: To investigate reports of griefing, harassment, or cheating using chat and interaction logs.
- Ban Evasion: IP addresses and hardware identifiers are used to prevent banned users from rejoining.
3.3 Operational Improvement
- To analyze peak activity times for maintenance scheduling.
- To identify sources of server lag (e.g., checking chunks with excessive entities).
5. DATA RETENTION
- Active Accounts: Data is retained as long as you are a member of the community.
- Inactive/Banned Accounts: Basic identification data (IGN/Discord ID) is retained indefinitely to maintain ban lists.
- Builds & Items: In-game data (inventory/builds) is deleted 15 days after a user leaves or is removed.
- Chat Logs: Retained for up to 1 year for moderation auditing.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location (GDPR/CCPA jurisdictions), you have rights regarding your data:
6.1 Right to Access & Correction
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you or request updates to your information (e.g., changing your IGN).
6.2 Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")
You may request that we delete your personal data. Exercising this right will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your access to The Kingdom.
Note: We may retain hashed identifiers (non-personally identifiable) solely to prevent banned users from circumvention.

7. SECURITY MEASURES
- Access to player data is restricted strictly to Ownership and Senior Administration.
- Server backups are encrypted.
- We require Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all administrative staff accounts to prevent unauthorized access.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Kingdom is strictly for users aged 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.
If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor, we will take steps to delete that information immediately and terminate the account.
